The 2025 MAG House of Delegates (HOD), MAG's primary policy-making body, will convene this year at the Hyatt Regency Savannah from October 17-19.

The HOD comprises delegates representing county medical societies, specialty societies meeting minimum membership requirements, and several sections: International Medical Graduates, Medical Students, Organized Medical Staff, Resident Physicians, and Young Physicians. To serve as a delegate or alternate delegate, you must be a MAG member in good standing and a member of your respective society.

MAG’s 2025 HOD meeting will take place at the Hyatt Regency Savannah on Saturday, October 18, and Sunday, October 19. MAG’s Board of Directors will meet at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17, along with the HOD Opening Reception at 6pm.

You will receive a link to make your room reservation once you have registered and made payment for the conference. The room rate at the Hyatt Regency Savannah (Host Hotel) is $295 Including all state and city taxes, valid through Tuesday, September 23rd), subject to availability.

We kindly ask that you reserve only the rooms you need. Please avoid booking large blocks, as MAG will review the rooming list over time.
