The 2024 MAG House of Delegates (HOD), MAG's primary policy-making body, will convene this year at the Hyatt Regency Savannah from October 18-20.

The HOD comprises delegates representing county medical societies, specialty societies meeting minimum membership requirements, and several sections: International Medical Graduates, Medical Students, Organized Medical Staff, Resident Physicians, and Young Physicians. To serve as a delegate or alternate delegate, you must be a MAG member in good standing and a member of your respective society.

MAG’s 2024 HOD meeting will take place at the Hyatt Regency Savannah on Saturday, October 19, and Sunday, October 20. MAG’s Board of Directors will meet at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 18.

You will receive a link to make your room reservation once you have registered and made payment for the conference. The room rate at the Hyatt Regency Savannah (Host Hotel) is $247++ (valid through Friday, September 27, 2024), subject to availability.

We kindly ask that you reserve only the rooms you need. Please avoid booking large blocks, as MAG will review the rooming list over time.

***Hotel Guests: The MAG room block at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah has a housing cut-off date of Tuesday, September 24^th, at which point, rooms will be based on availability and the group rate cannot be guaranteed.
