The 2023 MAG House of Delegates (HOD), MAG's primary policy-making body, will meet this year at the Hyatt Regency Savannah from October 20-22.

The HOD consists of delegates who represent county medical societies and specialty societies that meet minimum membership requirements, and several sections – including International Medical Graduates, Medical Students, Organized Medical Staff, Resident Physicians, and Young Physicians. You must be a MAG member and a member of your society in good standing to be a delegate or alternate delegate.

MAG’s 2023 HOD meeting will take place at the Hyatt Regency Savannah on Saturday, October 21 and Sunday, October 22. MAG’s Board of Directors will meet at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, October 20.

You will be sent a link to make your room reservation once you have registered and payment has been made for the conference. The room rate at the Hyatt Regency Savannah (Host Hotel) is $247 ++ (good thru Tuesday September 26, 2023) and the room rate at the Andaz Savannah (overflow hotel) is $309++ (good thru Thursday, September 21, 2023), based on availability.

We kindly ask that you only reserve the rooms you need. Please do not book in large blocks, as MAG will be reviewing the rooming list as time passes.

- HOD Full Delegate or Alternate Delegate "Basic Package" - acts as an RSVP for HOD sessions. NO meals, other social gatherings or CME are included. FREE

- HOD Attendee, Non-Delegate - acts as an RSVP for HOD sessions for non-voting members or other HOD guests of the House of Delegates. Includes Friday evening reception, meals, entry to Saturday Night's Main Event at Sorry Charlie’s where there will be music, entertainment, food, drinks and lots of comradery, other social gatherings and CME credit courses. $400.00 Make sure to register at the Early Bird rate of $320 before August 20th!

- Specialty & County Medical Society Executive Staff - for executive staff of Specialty & County Medical Societies. Includes Friday evening reception, meals, entry to Saturday Night's Main Event at Sorry Charlie’s where there will be music, entertainment, food, drinks and lots of comradery, other social gatherings and CME credit courses. $375.00 Make sure to register at the Early Bird rate of $295 before August 20th!

- HOD Spouse/Guest - ensures entry for an attendee's spouse or guest to Friday evening reception, meals, entry to Saturday Night's Main Event at Sorry Charlie’s where there will be music, entertainment, food, drinks and lots of comradery and other social gatherings. $200.00 Make sure to register at the Early Bird rate of $175 before August 20th!
